We do not provide a daily maid service but cleanings can be scheduled for an additional fee.
All lodging are set up for duration of your stay. Please contact us if your number of guests change from time of booking.
Groups staying at other locations must be preapproved before joining you for gathering on the property.

Renter is responsible for any and all damages to rooms, appliances, & furniture during their rental! Renter is also responsible for and and all guests including unregistered guests visiting the renter.
Upon Checkout: please sweep up room of any excess dirt, pick up/throw away all trash, & place all dirty towels, hand towels, & wash cloths in laundry baskets located in bathrooms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancelations prior to 30 days or before of the check-in date will result in the loss of 25% of the deposit placed at booking.
Cancelations within 29 days to the check-in date will result in loss of deposit placed at booking.
Cancelations made the day of check-in or after will result in loss of the total stay.
There is no refund for failure to show, early departure, or bad weather.
